TMF Group, a leading provider of global business services, is pleased to once again be named a 'Major Contender' by Everest Group in its latest PEAK Matrix" market assessment.

Positioned against market success and delivery capability, TMF Group's results include:

  • Very high scope: the scope of finance and accounting services provided across processes, industries, geographies and buyer sizes
  • High buyer satisfaction: The 2017 Assessment noted that TMF Group has presence in all major geographies and a 'global-control-local-contact' approach, to provide extremely customised and localised solutions. Responsiveness and good attention to quality are some of the key strengths noted by clients.

Also regarded as strengths in the 2017 Assessment are TMF Group's localised Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, reporting and tax platforms to meet the changing demands of local regulatory conditions.

Allan Harness, Global Head of Product at TMF Group commented: "This year's findings reflect our global presence and operating model that allows us to offer accounting and tax services in local language, with a truly local understanding of all our clients' reporting obligations. We achieve this through a global governance model that provides TMF Group clients with transparency, efficient communication and control of their operations.

Harness continued: "Accounting and tax is a major focus area for TMF Group's growth ambitions, and with this in mind we have recently invested in Thomson Reuters OneSource software for the delivery of tax reporting."

Katrina Menzigian, VP Research at Everest Group added: "What sets TMF Group apart is its unique "global-control local-contact" delivery model and wide global footprint, which empowers it to connect effectively with its clients and provide both customised and localised solutions. When combined with the firm's breadth of coverage across the finance and accounting (F&A) lifecycle, TMF Group becomes an impactful partner for clients grappling with global F&A challenges."

The 2017 Assessment classifies 25 FAO service providers. Everest Group uses its PEAK Matrix methodology to evaluate the providers' market success and FAO delivery capability. Providers are positioned on the matrix in one of three categories – Leaders, Major Contenders and Aspirants.

This year, TMF Group was also recognised by Everest Group as a 'Major Contender' and 'Star Performer' in its Service Provider Landscape and Multi-Country Payroll Outsourcing (MCPO) PEAK Matrix" Assessment 2017.
