Please see the attached link which confirms that the November
quota for Tier 1 applications has been reached. This
means that no applications will be approved until 1 December.
As this is the second consecutive month that the quota has been
reached (and this time much earlier in the month) we anticipate
that this is likely to be the pattern going forward with a real
possibility that the backlog may mean that no new applications will
be processed from early in the New Year.
We will keep you updated.
Please note that the Tier 1 (General) quota does not apply to applications submitted from within the UK.
