Anti-Dumping Duty on Metallised Yarns Will Continue Without any Amendment

The Import General Directorate of the Ministry initiated an expiry revision investigation, upon receiving an application by Betareks Metalize İplik ve Ambalaj Sanayi A.Ş. (Betareks), BeymaksTekstil İthalat İhracat Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (Beymaks) and Simfleks Tekstil Ambalaj Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (Simfleks). The Import General Directorate decided to continue existing definitive measures, without any amendment.

Accordingly, definitive measures will continue to apply to "metallised yarns" classified under tariff code 5605.00, imported from:

  • Chinese Taipei.
  • The Republic of China.
  • The Republic of India.
  • The Republic of South Korea.

The measure entered into effect by being published in Official Gazette number 29856 on 13 October 2016.
