"Regulation on Shopping Malls"
("Regulation") was published in the
Official Gazette dated February 26, 2016 and numbered 29636 and
entered into force as of the same date. It is regulating the
procedures and principles regarding qualifications, opening,
operations and supervision of the Shopping Malls. The scope of the
Regulation covers rules and principles as well as duties and
responsibilities of the authorized managements and other related
institutions and organizations regarding shopping malls. Regulation
has been prepared on the basis of Articles 3, 5, 10, 11 , 12, 16
and 17 of the Law on the Regulation of Retail Trade numbered 6585
