Extension Of The Protected Cell Legislation To All Companies
Guernsey has recently introduced changes to the Protected Cell Companies Ordinance, 1997 to allow for the incorporation of any company as a protected cell company , save for certain Guernsey regulated businesses, provided that the administration of the PCC is undertaken by a Guernsey licensed financial services business with a principal place of business in Guernsey.
