On 1 January 2015, changes in the procedure for accreditation of branches and representative offices of foreign legal entities, as well as the requirements in terms of personal accreditation of employees thereof and submission of information to accrediting authority by current branches and representative offices established by the Federal Law, dated 5 May 2014, No. 106-FZ 'On the Introduction of Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation' (hereinafter - the 'Law No. 106-FZ') enter into force.
