On 22 November 2013 the OECD Global Forum on Transparency and
Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes published new compliance
ratings for 50 countries on the practical implementation of the
Global Forum's tax information exchange standard. Ireland was
one of only 18 out of a total of 124 countries to receive the top
rating of "compliant".
