On March 31, the PCPD published Guidance on CCTV Surveillance and Use of
Drones, which sets forth guidance for the responsible use of
drones (unmanned aircraft systems). The guidelines state that any
intrusion on privacy caused by drones must be proportional to the
benefit derived from their use.
