On May 12, the French Data Protection Authority
("CNIL") published an article (source document in French) stating
that more than 400 controls will be carried out in 2016. A quarter
of the controls correspond to key areas identified by the program:
the national system of health insurance information, the system of
flight passenger information, and data brokers.
