Pursuant to Section 21 of Law 144(I)/2007, the minimum initial capital must be deposited in an account of the Applicant with a bank based in a Member State of the European Economic Area and be blocked until the license is granted.

CySEC must within six months following the submission of a duly completed application package to take a decision and inform the Applicant accordingly.
