The laws amending the Law Regulating Companies Providing
Administrative Services and Related Matters of 2012 and the
International Trusts Law of 1992 to 2012 in order to create a
register of trusts established in Cyprus were published in the
official gazette on 9 September and entered into force on that
date. Trustees subject to the Fiduciaries Law will be required to
provide the relevant information regarding existing trusts by 9
March 2014.
