Our partner David Huang was recently invited to give a lecture in an advanced training course jointly held by SIPO and LES for more than 200 licensing executives and practitioners from across China. The course also had other lecturers from US, Europe and Singapore.
David covers basic aspects and issues in due diligence particularly from the perspective of a licensee. Building from his rich experience in this area, David's talk is also full of practical examples and know-how for typical inbound licensing and licensing between two Chinese companies. After the talk David also answered various questions from the audience which are intimately related to their daily business.
