Jun 19, 2019 – Canada job vacancies remained above the half a million mark in the first quarter of 2019, with year-on-year increases now seen in each of the last 10 quarters.

There were 506,000 unfilled positions in the first quarter of 2019, up 44,000 on the same period of 2018.

While Canada-wide job vacancies were down slightly on the previous quarter, there have now been more than half a million unfilled jobs for each of the last four quarters.
