June 12, 2019 – The minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score dropped by five points as Canadian immigration authorities conducted a new Express Entry draw.

The June 12 draw saw 3,350 candidates issued with Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for Canada immigration, with a minimum CRS of 465 points.

Canada has now issued 38,450 ITAs in 2019, against a high-skilled immigration target of 81,400.

IRCC broke the record for annual Express Entry ITAs in 2018 with 89,800.

The draw saw the tie-breaking rule implemented on June 6, 2019 at 9.51am EST. If more than one candidate had the lowest score, the cut-off is based on the date and time they submitted their Express Entry profiles.
