October 29, 2018 – Canada immigration authorities have issued Invitations to Apply to 3,900 candidates for the third consecutive Express Entry draw, and the fourth in 2018.
The latest draw, on October 29, 2018, means 11,700 ITAs have been issued in October, making it the second most prolific calendar month on record.
The minimum Comprehensive Ranking System score edge up two points to 442.
It means 14 out of 23 draws in 2018 have seen minimum CRS scores of 440, 441 or 442.
The draw brings the total ITAs issued in 2018 to 74,200. Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada has a high-skilled immigration intake target of 74,900 for the current year.
This was the 23rd round of invitations under Express Entry in 2018 and 103rd overall.
