Making many major news headlines last week is a video of a man drowning, while bystanders watch, unwilling to help. The man, who unfortunately passed from the event, was identified as Jamel Dunn, 31. He is heard in the video screaming out for help, however the teens recording the video did not attempt to assist him in any way. Instead, they are heard in the video saying things such as, "get out the water, you gonna die", and "ain't nobody fixing to help you."

Unfortunately, currently under Florida law an individual who does not come to someone's rescue, is not committing a crime. Therefore, in order for the teens to face some sort of consequence for their actions, the police had to do some research.
