Le concept: remplir un formulaire et conformer les revendications à celles examinées et acceptées dans un autre pays participant, pour accélérer l'examen du dossier au Canada. Est-ce que ça fonctionne? Absolument...
Je viens de recevoir deux premières lettres officielles dans deux dossiers séparés, entre 4 et 6 semaines après le dépôt de la requête PPH. Quand on sait qu'une première lettre officielle vient souvent plus de 12 mois après la requête d'examen, on peut carrément traiter le programme d'Autobahn* des brevets.
*on parle bien entendu de l'autoroute allemande où il n'y a pas de limite de vitesse
