Supreme Court Of Canada Grants Leave To Appeal In Livent

The Supreme Court of Canada has granted leave to appeal from the decision of
the Ontario Court of Appeal, dismissing an appeal from the decision
of Gans J., which awarded judgment in favour of Livent's
Special Receiver against the company's former auditors.
Recently, we reported on the decision of Chief Justice Strathy
of the Ontario of Appeal, staying that Court's decision pending
the outcome a the aduitor's leave application. The Supreme
Court of Canada has now granted the auditors leave to appeal. Read
