Earlier this year, the Mutual Fund Dealers Association of
Canada (MFDA) announced the establishment of a
whistleblower program to receive
information from those with knowledge or evidence of potential
wrongdoing by MFDA members or approved persons. According to the
MFDA, the program will help it identify and respond to misconduct
and reduce harm to the public.
