Fundos Patrimoniais Filantrópicos), em 04 de janeiro de
2019, a ausência de incentivo fiscal tem sido um grande
obstáculo ao fomento e auxílio das causas da
educação, saúde, assistência social e
outras que se enquadrariam dentro do escopo da nova lei. A
única exceção, já prevista no texto,
restringe-se aos projetos que beneficiem as causas culturais.
