INPI e JPO formalizam Fase II do PPH entre Brasil e Japão

O INPI e o Instituto Japonês de Patentes (JPO)
formalizaram no dia 16 de janeiro, em Tóquio, a Fase II do
projeto de Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) entre Brasil e
Japão.
A fase II do referido PPH amplia os campos técnicos
envolvidos e tem duração de dois anos, a partir de
1º. de abril de 2019, ou até que cada um dos institutos
tenha aceitado 200 pedidos de patentes. Não serão
aceitos pedidos farmacêuticos e pedidos divididos no
âmbito do PPH.
As Classificações Internacionais de Patentes
contempladas na Fase II do Projeto Piloto INPI-JPO estão
especificadas abaixo:
