Nesta terça-feira, 5, a 2ª Turma do Supremo Tribunal
Federal rejeitou a pretensão formulada por meio da
Reclamação 22.012 sobre a correção
monetária das dívidas trabalhistas. A decisão
restabelece o entendimento anterior do Tribunal Superior do
Trabalho pela aplicação do índice IPCA-E, em
substituição à TR, tradicionalmente
aplicada.
