Notwithstanding the absence of specific legislation regarding multi-ownership (multipropriedade) platform (fractional), which is why Brazilian jurists have to make all efforts to try and classify the type of the condominium regime which would apply to projects that are carried out according to this system, and in view of the increasing demand for formalizing multi-purpose developments, including the real estate funding alternative provided by this type of fractional structuring with the increase and diversification of clients through each development, the real estate registry offices have been more open to discuss this type of transaction.
