A registered pharmacist has been reprimanded and disqualified from
reapplying for registration for behaving in a way that constitutes
professional misconduct. The Pharmacy Board of Australia (the
Board) referred Mr Adam Christie to the Queensland
Civil and Administrative Tribunal (the Tribunal)
