Led by WongPartnership LLP, the 18 Asia-Pacific members of the global Employment Law Alliance (ELA) have joined forces to prepare a special report on the significant employment law issues and trends being seen across the Asia-Pacific.

Firms across 18 different jurisdictions in the Asia-Pacific were asked to list their top 10 employment law issues, with similar trends being observed across many of the regions.

John Tuck and Anthony Forsyth have contributed the 'Australia' section, which identifies issues such as the regulation of trade unions, supply chain compliance, proposed new whistleblower protections and more.
