For the fourth time this year, Pryor Cashman represented stakeholders in one of the largest real estate transactions to close for the week in New York City.

Todd Soloway, head of the firm's Real Estate Litigation practice, and Counsel Barry Landsman advised the buyer of a nearly $25 million luxury residential apartment unit at the newly developed 1010 Park Avenue on Manhattan's Upper East Side.

This transaction follows three other major deals valued at over $100 million — including a $29 million condominium unit sale at the Plaza Hotel, a $40 million acquisition of a residential parcel in Long Island City, Queens and a $32 million condominium purchase at the newly built 520 Park Avenue — which were handled by Pryor Cashman in recent months and were designated among the weeks' largest by Law360.
