Todd Soloway, head of Pryor Cashman's Real Estate Litigation practice and a partner in the firm's Real Estate Group, and Counsel Barry Landsman represented the seller in one of the largest real estate transactions to close in New York City this week. The property, a residential condominium unit located in Manhattan's iconic Plaza Hotel, sold for $29 million.

News of the deal was reported in Law360′s  "NYC Real Estate Week in Review."

This transaction comes on the heels of two other major deals valued at more than $70 million, which were handled by Pryor Cashman last month, and which Law360 also designated among the week's largest.
