March 20, 2019 – Canada immigration authorities have conducted a new Express Entry draw, taking the total Invitations to Apply for 2019 to more than 20,000.

The March 20 draw saw 3,350 candidates issued ITAs, matching the number for the previous three draws.

The minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score was 452 points, edging down two points from the previous draw.

The draw saw a tie-breaking rule cut-off of February 7, 2019 at just before 6am EST. If more than one candidate had the lowest score, the cut-off is based on the date and time they submitted their Express Entry profiles.
