On March 08, 2016, Mendes Junior Trading e Engenharia S.A. ("Mendes Junior") requested its judicial reorganization proceeding in Brazilian Courts. The lawsuit was assigned to the First Business Court of the City of Belo Horizonte, State of Minas Gerais, dockets No. 0579058-27.2016.8.13.0024.
