I previously blogged about the Pennsylvania bill HB1098, amending the Local Option Small Games of Chance Act to allow certain for-profit restaurants to conduct "Tavern Gaming" here.  Yesterday, the Pennsylvania Senate approved the bill with the House amendments (34-15).
